1. Services:

Maria the Photographer Wedding Photography Corporation offers wedding photography services in Alberta, Canada. By booking our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the successful delivery of our photography services.

2. Booking and Payments:

To secure our services for your wedding date, a non-refundable booking fee is required. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the wedding. Payments can be made through the methods specified in our invoice.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, please notify us as soon as possible. The booking fee is non-refundable, but we may consider transferring it to a rescheduled date based on availability and circumstances.

4. Copyright and Usage:

All photographs taken by Maria the Photographer Wedding Photography Corporation are the property of the photographer, including the rights to edit and distribute. The client is granted personal use rights, including printing and sharing for non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires written permission from Maria the Photographer.

5. Client Cooperation:

The client agrees to provide full cooperation to Maria the Photographer and their team to capture the best possible images. Any interference or disruption that hinders the photographer's ability to perform their duties may affect the quality of the final photographs.

6. Image Delivery:

Photographs will be delivered digitally within the agreed-upon timeframe. Maria the Photographer retains the right to select and edit images for final delivery. Additional editing requests may be subject to additional charges.

7. Liability:

While we take utmost care in providing our services, Maria the Photographer Wedding Photography Corporation is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, accidents, or natural disasters. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services.

8. Privacy:

Our privacy practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of Alberta.
